From its modest beginnings in 1970 that supported 15 individuals, to its current program that annually provides 100,000 days
of support for individuals with intellectual disabilities, Cosmopolitan Industries Ltd. has remained true to its earliest commintmment to offer services to meet the long-term needs of adults who have intellectual
disabilites. |

Cosmo supports and provides vocational work, non-vocational activities and support options for the full spectrum of adults with
intellectual disabilities. These diverse opportunities allow participants many options from which to choose. Cosmo's goal is for all participants to achieve their maximum potential by allowing them to
control and direct their own lives, make decisions, take responsibility for their actions, learn through success and failure and have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the community. |
Our programs strive to develop and implement opportunities that enhance quality of life while promoting personal development that meets
the person-centered needs of the participants. |
